OUR MISSION

The Pave Foundation, Inc. is committed to “paving the way” for Black girls to achieve success in STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) careers by providing them with academic and enrichment opportunities that ignite their intellectual curiosity, develop self-confidence and instill a passion for protecting the planet by equitably distributing its resources.

CURRENT EVENTS

SPRING (1) (1).png

Spring! into STEM is a seasonal initiative where we connect with supporters like YOU to expand access to hands-on STEM programming for girls in Atlanta.

Through this campaign we are raising $15,000 over six weeks to support PAVE programs including:

• Interactive STEM learning (science, technology, engineering, and math)
• Hands-on activities like experiments, engineering challenges, and project-based learning

• Exposure to STEM careers and pathways
• Skill-building in problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration

Our programming is delivered in partnership with schools and community organizations and is designed to meet students where they are, while building confidence and long-term interest in STEM fields. This campaign helps increase the number of students served, strengthen program quality, and ensure consistent access to STEM learning opportunities.

Rooted in sisterhood, excellence, and empowerment, Judge Gail Tusan Washington created The PAVE Leadership Academy to equip Black girls (Ages 14-16) with tools, knowledge & confidence. PAVE provides inspiration & a pathway for our students to Dream & Lead in STEAM as they transition to the next stage of their academic, personal, and leadership journeys.
